Reflection Bay Community Development District
The Reflection Bay Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on February 27, 2024 by the Palm Beach County, Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2024-003 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Reflection Bay CDD is located entirely within Palm Beach County, Florida and covers approximately 69.87 acres of land, more or less. The site is generally located northwest of the intersection of Haverhill Road and Okeechobee Boulevard.
The Charter of the District shall be as set forth in Chapter 190, Florida Statues, as amended, as created by general law. The powers and functions of the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statues, as may be amended from time to time.

The Reflection Bay Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on February 27, 2024 by the Palm Beach County, Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2024-003. Upon the effective date of the Ordinance, the District will be duly and legally authorized to exist and exercise all of the powers set forth in Section 190.011 and Section 190.012(1), (3) and (4), Florida Statutes, and as otherwise provided by law. Additionally, the District shall have and may exercise the special powers as set forth in Section 190.012(2)(a), and (2)(d), Florida Statutes. The District shall not finance or maintain offsite improvements.
